Travailleur Monteur-assembleur installation de structure d'acier pour bâtiment agricole à Saint-Jérôme

Since 1988

In 1988, Claude and Gerry Buswell, father and son, created the company under the name CG Service Soudure in a small workshop in Laval. In 1993, the company moved to another workshop in Mirabel and became Deko Soudure.

In 2000, the current factory was built and since then several extensions have been annexed to the main building. This is where Gerry’s son, Dany, got his start in the business.

After three generations, we have developed our expertise. Quality projects and meeting deadlines have allowed Deko Soudure to evolve and establish a solid reputation in the market.

Today, we carry out projects of all sizes, both small and large. In recent years, investments have been made in high technology equipment, which ensures that we provide you with the best service by delivering quality projects as quickly as possible.

Succession,
from father to son

Graduating from ÉTS in 2019, Dany Buswell will follow in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, Gerry and Claude, as an engineer for Deko Soudure.

At the age of 14, he began his experience in the Deko Soudure workshop during his summer vacation, knowing that he wanted to become an engineer. He will officially start running the business with his father, at 18 years old.

Father and son therefore combined their strengths and experiences to contribute to the growth of Deko Soudure, which now guarantees the succession and continuity of the company.
